• Drivers: Hold valid license, insurance, and registration; provide safe, professional service; promptly report safety issues.

2.4 Payments & Fees

• Fares calculated automatically; surge pricing may apply.
• Cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds considered case-by-case; fraudulent claims denied.

2.5 Liability & Disclaimers

• Drivers are independent contractors; iOS 4Move is not responsible for their conduct.
• iOS 4Move is not liable for accidents, disputes, or interruptions, except as required by law.
• Services are provided "as is"; availability is not guaranteed.

2.6 Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or closed for violations.
• Termination does not cancel outstanding financial obligations.

2.7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
